OXFORD Edmund C. "Boots" Schremser, 81, of 15 George St., died
Monday, Nov. 10 in his home.
His wife of 55 years, Marian E. (Thompson) Schremser died in 2000. He
leaves 1 son, Robert C. Schremser of Dudley, 2 granddaughters, Amy and
Erin and 1 great granddaughter, Natalie. 2 brothers, Harold Schremser
of Oxford and Wesley Schremser of Webster. 2 sisters, Gertrude Bayer
and Helen McGovern of Webster, many nieces & nephews.
He is predeceased by several brothers & sisters.
Mr. Schremser was born in Webster, son of Louis and Lena (Redlitz) Schremser
and lived in Oxford 58 years.
He worked at Hobbs Mfg. Co. in Worcester for 35 yrs., then Gould & Eberhardt
for 10 years retiring several years ago. He was a member of the Oxford United
Methodist Church and was an avid gardener.
There are no calling hours and the service will be private. Burial will be in
North Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to:

Miller-Oxford Funeral Home, 247 Main St., is directing arrangements.
