CATEGORY: Residence DATE: 11 May 2007 NOTE: WEBSTER – Edgar J. “Bob” Dragon, Jr., 78, of 96 Slater Street, died Friday, May 11, after being stricken ill.
He leaves his daughter, Sharon L. Streich of Webster, whom he affectionately referred to as his “right arm”; 2 grandsons, Leonard and Eric Streich of Thompson, CT; a brother, Leo W. Dragon of Dudley; a sister, Viola Napierata of Webster; nephews and nieces.
Mr. Dragon was a laborer at Cranston Print Works Company before retiring in 1992. He was an avid fisherman and outdoorsman and loved playing cards. He was a member of the Booster Athletic Club.
Calling hours will be from 6:00 to 8:00 PM Wednesday, May 16, in Scanlon Funeral Service, 38 East Main Street. Please omit flowers.
