Unsure of validity of death/SSN. One Frederick in the SSI death index that was issued in RI, however, noticed that there is still a white-pages phone number for frederick/irene stamp, both at the same location.. so could still be alive.
Perhaps had a son, also named Frederick, living in same location, with mother (Irene). Reverse lookup on phone number shows 2 fredericks and one Irene.
