He leaves a Wife, Barbara Wood of Webster MA, son, William W. Wood Jr. “Woody” of Holbrook, MA; a daughter, Annette Waleski of Oakfield, NY; a sister, Linda Devlin of Webster MA, a nephew Keith Devlin of Grafton; and also children Thomas Gabis, Sr. of Dudley, MA; David A. Gabis of Worcester, MA; Melissa L. Gabis and Rebecca Gabis Donovan of Natick MA along with nineteen grandchildren and five great-grandchildren, many friends and his favorite “little lady”, Peanut The Cat. He was born in Webster, MA, son of the late William and Esther (Jackel) Wood and lived in Webster, MA most of his life. He was a veteran of the Navy Seabees and a retired truck driver who enjoyed many different hobbies, loved vacationing at the Cape and most enjoyed spending quality time with his family. A private service will be held on October 11, 2014.
